We recommend that you take time reading product descriptions to be certain of your purchases. There are no refunds that will be issued for any of the healing elixirs or sprays.

For the ankh necklaces a refund will be issued under certain circumstances:

 1) You will be responsible for covering the mailing fee and returning the item back to us. 

2) The item will have to be in perfect condition for a full refund. If the necklace is impaired in any way, a partial refund from anywhere from 25% to %75 may be issued depending on the condition of the necklace.

3) You have 14 days to request a refund on any of the ankh necklaces. Day 1 is considered when the item arrived to your home.
